Requirements
This activity is suitable for all types of people, including those without prior climbing experience. However, it is not recommended for people with shoulder issues or severe vertigo. Minimum age: 10 years. Basic physical condition is necessary to perform moderate exertion and maintain balance on vertical surfaces.
